On Monday, 14 October 2024, in accordance with the Wallsend Touch Association Constitution (WTA Constitution), written notice is hereby given that the Wallsend Touch Association Board of Directors has scheduled the WTA Annual General Meeting for the 2023/24 reporting period. The meeting is to be held on Sunday, 10 November 2024 6:30pm

Notice of Motions, Special Resolutions, Nominations for Interested Directors and General.
All special resolutions and Life Member nominations must be submitted to the admin officer. Notice of the special resolutions will be provided to members at least 21 days prior to the AGM –
- by midnight Sunday 20th October 2024 (Section 39 of the Associations Incorporations Act 2009)
