2026 Notice and Agenda for Annual General Meeting of Wallsend Touch Association

On Sunday, 21 June 2026, in accordance with the Wallsend Touch Association Constitution (WTA Constitution), written notice is hereby given that the Wallsend Touch Association Board of Directors has scheduled the WTA Annual General Meeting for the 2025/26 reporting period. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 6pm.

Notice of Motions, Special Resolutions, Nominations for Interested Directors and General.
All special resolutions and Life Member nominations must be submitted to the admin officer. Notice of the special resolutions will be provided to members at least 21 days prior to the AGM –
- by midnight Tuesday 30th June 2026 (Section 39 of the Associations Incorporations Act 2009)
