2023 Junior Comp

Player and Team Regos now CLOSED for 2023
We are busily doing the draws and hope to have them completed by Sunday but please be patient it’s a big job!
Based on the high number of Junior Teams that we have registered, the first time slot will be either 4.45pm or 5pm, we will confirm this as soon as we can.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS –Parents/Carers will receive an email in the coming days with the name of the team your child has joined and further instructions.
SINGLET PURCHASES –The clubhouse at our fields (Upper Reserve, Wallsend) will be open –
– Sunday 9.30am to 11am
– Monday 6pm to 8pm and
– Tuesday from 4.30.
Cost is $25 but don’t forget you can wear the same singlet from last year.
NOTE – You must be registered to our Junior Comp to purchase new singlet.
SKILLS SESSION –Don’t forget the skills session this Sunday 9.30-10.30 and complete the EOI if you are attending

CUBS Program – 4/5/6 year olds new to touch football (Starts Term 4 on Tuesday nights also – Date TBA)
Fees –
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS ACCEPTED
Our Junior Comp fees for 2023 are:
- $80 Wallsend Touch Registration fee per player (This fee does not include a playing singlet. Please use your singlet from 2022, or new singlets will be available for purchase for $25 at clubhouse prior to comp. Details TBA)
- $22 Touch Football Australia National Annual Membership Fee per player. This is a new change to take effect from 1 July 2023. For more information – TFA Announces a New National Membership Model – Touch Football Australia
- $60 for 6 week CUBS Program also includes a shirt and ball
Compulsory Playing Singlets –
HAS YOUR CHILD STILL GOT THEIR REVERSIBLE SINGLET FROM OUR 2022 JUNIOR COMP?
To reduce costs for families and minimise clothing waste on our environment, your child is able to wear their reversible singlet from 2022 in our upcoming Junior Comp.
If the junior player is new to Wallsend Touch…. or the singlet doesn’t seem to fit anymore…. or you just can’t seem to find it, don’t despair… you will be able purchase a new or second hand one prior to start of the Junior Comp.
New Junior Singlets are $25 and can be purchased from our clubhouse at the Skills Morning on Sunday 27 August or

Do you have a team organised and are read to register? No payments are needed to register a whole team (players pay when registering to team).

Don’t have a team? Would your child love to join one? Please email the details of the player to – juniors@wallsendtouch.com.au . We will help find ateam.
NOTE – As the comp is just about to start, there may not be any spots left but we will communicate this to you.
